Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship chocolate year-round?
Yes, we ship year-round across the United States. During warmer months we pack orders with insulation and ice packs to protect your chocolate from melting while in transit. Order during the warmer months will be shipped overnight.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. Transit time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Do you offer local pickup?
We do offer local pick-up at our Brooklyn Flagship shop located at 670 Nostrand Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11216.
My chocolate arrived melted. What do I do?
If your order arrives melted or damaged, please email us at info@cocoacalypso.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Please note that we cannot replace items that were left outside for an extended period or delivered to an incorrect address.

What kind of chocolate do you use?
We craft our chocolates using high-quality couverture sourced from Trinidad and Tobago and Ghana. Our current offerings include Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate or White Chocolate.
Are your products nut-free, dairy-free, or allergen-friendly?
Cocoa Calypso products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please review the ingredient list carefully or email us before purchasing.
Are your chocolates vegan?
Our dark chocolate varieties may be dairy-free depending on the batch, but are not certified vegan. Please check individual product descriptions before purchasing.
How should I store my chocolate?
Store your chocolate:

At room temperature, ideally 65–70°F
Refrigeration is not recommended because it can cause sugar bloom, but in hot climates it may be necessary.
Orders & Payment
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If you need to update your address or order details, email us as soon as possible at info@cocoacalypso.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please email us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
