Born from Caribbean roots and crafted in Brooklyn, Cocoa Calypso blends bold island flavors with small-batch luxury. Grown in the lush volcanic soils of the Caribbean, our cocoa beans thrive alongside tropical fruits and spices, creating unique flavor profiles.
We source exclusively from small-scale farmers in Trinidad through the Alliance of Rural Communities of Trinidad and Tobago (ARC), an incubator for community-owned cocoa farming and chocolate production. Through ARC, we source and cultivate rare, fine-flavor Trinitario cacao and couverture. Our handmade chocolates are a celebration of the Caribbean's rich agricultural heritage and vibrant culture. Every piece of chocolate tells the story of island sunshine, ocean mists, and the dedicated hands that nurture each cacao tree from seed to harvest.
